These Terms govern your use of the Selene Noir website and services provided by SELENE LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the service or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may submit only information that you have the right to provide.

Nature of the service

Tarot readings are offered for entertainment, creative reflection, and personal insight. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Readings do not predict or guarantee outcomes, and you remain solely responsible for your choices. Seek a qualified professional for decisions requiring professional care.

Personalized reading text may be produced with automated and artificial intelligence tools using the information and card spread you provide. Selene Noir is the brand and creative presentation of the service; a reading should not be understood as a live consultation or as text personally written by the on-camera performer.

Acceptable use and free reading

You may not misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. You may not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, infringing, or deceptive material. Unless we expressly say otherwise, one free reading is available per person or email address. We may refuse or limit requests intended to evade that rule or harm the service.

Paid digital services

Prices and the exact content of paid services are shown before purchase. Payment is due at checkout. Personalized digital content may begin being created immediately after purchase. Additional payment terms and the Refund Policy apply when paid checkout becomes available.

Intellectual property

The site design, brand, written presentation, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to SELENE LLC. You may keep and share your own delivered reading for personal, noncommercial use, but may not resell, reproduce, or exploit the service or branded materials without written permission. Certain historic tarot images are in the public domain in the United States.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, particular results, or the accuracy or suitability of a reading. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SELENE LLC and its contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to outside services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version.
