Refund Policy

This policy will apply to paid personalized digital readings sold by SELENE LLC when checkout becomes available. The free three-card reading does not involve a payment and is not eligible for a monetary refund.

Personalized digital readings

Because a personalized reading is created for your specific question, production may begin immediately after payment. Once generation has begun or the reading has been delivered, purchases are generally final, except where a refund is required by law or covered below.

When we will help

Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same order, paid but did not receive the purchased reading, or received a materially incomplete or unusable file because of a technical error. We may resend, repair, replace, or refund the affected order as appropriate. Report a delivery or technical problem within seven days of purchase and include the purchase email and order reference.

What is not normally refundable

A reading is interpretive and subjective. Disagreement with an interpretation, a change of mind after generation begins, or an outcome that differs from personal expectations does not by itself qualify for a refund. This does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights.

Email support@selenenoir.com. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, and processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
